Register
When arriving at the test centre you will need to register
so dont forget to your provisional driving licence (photo
card & paper counter part). You will then be shown
to a booth with a computer thats ready for your test.
Multiple choice questions:-
You will have a maximum of 57 minutes to take your
test. To pass you will need to score 43 or more out
of 50.
Hazard Perception test:-
This will begin automatically once you have completed
the multiple choice. The test is made up of 14 minute
long video clip containing various hazards. You respond
by clicking the mouse to avoid the hazards - the faster
you respond the higher score you'll receive. You'll
see 15 in total, each with a maximum of 5 marks. You
need to get 44 out 75 to pass.
Once completed you will go back to the waiting room
were they will issue you with your results straight
away. If you pass you'll need to pass the practical
tets within two years to get a driving licence.
